Attesa’s Motorsports Technology Core will feature separate race circuits including a technical, FIA Grade 2 track with luxury accommodations for club members; a dedicated FIA 2/FIM A track for testing, research, development and amateur as well as professional open wheel, sports car and motorcycle racing events; a brand and driver experience center; a multipurpose event arena to host off-road and entertainment events; plus a luxury resort and convention center and solar-canopy plaza with a variety of restaurant, shopping and activity assets. Surrounding this hub are a number of residential and commercial opportunities including some with “through the fence” access to Attesa’s own 6,500 ft. private airstrip.
Renowned England-based Apex Circuit Design is designing the race tracks.
Attesa is being developed with sustainable and advanced technologies, including smart and energy efficient features, to ensure it is responsible to the environment as well as neighboring areas.
Attesa is undergoing a thorough review process with local officials. Groundbreaking is expected second quarter 2018.
