Attesa, the new motorsports and transportation technology community now being developed near Casa Grande, Arizona, is going to be all about entertainment.
And not just racing.
Yes, we’re going to have a 2.8-mile road course featuring numerous passing zones and elevation changes that, by design, should rival most oval tracks when it comes to spectator site lines. We believe our Apex Circuit Design course is going to set a new standard for fan service regarding views, concessions, restrooms, amenities and more.
We’ve also planned a multi-use area also designed to host a wide variety of racing entertainment events beyond the major open wheel, stock car and sports car racing series. Like short track races, motocross, off-road and rallycross.
But this 29-acre parcel is also targeted to welcome non-motorized entertainment options. Like outdoor concerts, rodeos, fairs and arts festivals, etc.
Then there’s our solar-canopied plaza that separates our public and private tracks. Wider than a football field and almost a half a mile long, this area is going to be ideal for large scale events, including everything from Barrett-Jackson -style collector car auctions to world’s largest farmer’s markets, open-to-the-public trade shows, concourse car and motorcycle shows, battle of the bands events and other entertainment experiences.
That plaza will lead to our 300+ room hotel and convention center, including a specialized entertainment district that caters to guests and visitors to our unique destination. Attesa will offer fine and casual dining, nightclubs with live music, dinner theater, retail shops and other tourist attractions.
Attesa is being planned as the ultimate entertainment center in central Arizona, a motorsports-centric community that caters to audience groups that extend far past the typical race fan.
